To help you get your device repaired as quickly as possible, we offer a FREE collection and delivery service within in a 30 mile radius. Our collection and delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, however you can always drop the device Monday to Saturday.
However we do charge a £10 delivery fee for devices we cannot fix.
If you live outside the collection area and you cannot get to us, then you can post the device to us. To do this call us on 0113 8272121 and we can then create you a repair number so we know the device is coming in and can be tracked.
Arrange The Collection
Your Device is broken and you need to arrange to have it collection. Fill in the form and submit it to us.
Confirmation and Collection
Every collection is confirmed and arranged on our system. A ticket is created using the details provided and you receive an email regarding the collection. We then attend on the time and day, collection your device and leave you a reciept
Assessment and Repair
All devices are fully checked before the repair and the faults confirmed. We then confirm the repair price and if given the go ahead the item is repaired. After the device is repaired we fully check the device again. If not the device is delivered back to yourself
Payment and Delivery Back
We arrange to take payment. Once payment has been received we arrange with yourself when to drop the device off with you including your invoice.
